A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons (spring and summer). Ideally, at least 4-6 weeks in advance is best, but feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Do you offer customized packages?
A: Absolutely. We’re happy to tailor our services to meet your event’s needs, whether you're looking for a wine and oyster pairing, an oyster shucking class, or a fully customized seafood bar experience.

Q: Where do you source your oysters and seafood?
A: We work directly with reputable farms nationwide, chosen for their sustainable farming practices, quality, and traceability. This lets us bring you the freshest oysters and seafood with complete transparency.

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
A: Yes! We understand the importance of accommodating various dietary needs. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll work with you to ensure everyone at your event has a fantastic experience.

Q: What setup do you bring to the event?
A: We bring everything needed for a beautiful raw bar setup, including a seaweed bed for oysters, seasonal mignonettes, serving equipment, and any additional elements as specified in your package. All we need is a suitable space to work!

Q: Do you offer additional seafood options besides oysters?
A: Yes! In addition to oysters, our Seafood Bar features seasonal options like crab claws, smoked salmon, caviar, clams, and shrimp cocktails. For the ultimate experience, we offer a Premium Seafood package that includes whole lobsters, lobster tails, and king crab.

Q: Can I hire just a shucker if I already have oysters?
A: Absolutely. Our “Book a Shucker” service allows you to hire an experienced shucker who will handle the shucking and serving of your oysters at the event.

Q: Do you provide the equipment for Broiled Oysters?
A: For our Broiled Oyster service, the client must provide access to a broiler, oven, or grill. We’ll handle everything else, including the oysters and infused butter, for a delicious, elevated option.

Q: How are prices determined?
A: It depends! Every event is different, and we price things based on what you want, where you are, and how wild you want to get with the seafood —market rates and seasonality play a role. Best bet? Hit us up, and we’ll figure it out together!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all primary forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, and cash. We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least one week in advance. Cancellations made within a week of the event will receive a 50% refund.
